
For exercising, at least.
I’ve exercised… twice this week? My eating has been fine, besides the fact that I royally fucked my metabolism by not exercising and having the worst eating schedule ever at Megacon.
Basically, I don’t feel hungry. Ever. And then when I exercise, I want to eat EVERYTHING.
GOTTA GET BACK ON THE BALL, MAN. I’m going to do my run on the treadmill tomorrow and then do core work outs, since I did arms and legs already this week…
Oh, I didn’t tell you guys that I’m going to start doing target muscle days.
So that’s a thing.
And yeah.
Just thought I’d fill you guys in with my health stuff.
Since this blog is supposed to be about health.
I guess.
