When people say they shouldn’t eat or eat less than 1,000 calories a day to lose weight
That’s NOT the way to do it.
Food is fuel.
You need it to survive. You can’t live without it.
You’ll muscle waste if you don’t get proper nutrition.
What will happen when you reach your GW or UGW and then start eating again?
You need to feed your metabolism, you need to fuel new muscle throughout healthy weight loss.
I’m not a dietitian but it really isn’t rocket science.
Eat right and exercise and you will BE HEALTHY.
